	Mark as Spam actionforanimals : 11/12/2009 2:43 AM haveyou looked at our journal about "tips for parents"? you definitely should. it has a lot of great tips and info that should help you out with your family. you can read it yourself, and also share it with them. that's great though that you're taking a step in the vegetarian direction by not eating beef or KFC. i encourage you to keep taking that further. learn about the animals that are used for food, and try to not include meats in your meals at all anymore. if you want to find some new recipes, you can check out vegweb.com or vegcooking.com, and you can also use fake meats in your meals -- just check for the fake meat section at your local grocery store, fred meyer, whole foods, etc. to see what options are available. for fake chicken, you should be able to find nuggets, patties, and strips. and to remind you of why it's so important to not eat real chickens, i'd recommend checking out this info: http://www.goveg.com/factoryFarming_chic... please just let me know if there's anything specific i can help you out with in regard to your family, if you have any questions, want other info, etc.

	Mark as Spam actionforanimals : 11/05/2009 2:19 AM hey. we're similar to PETA in that we are both animal rights organizations, but we're our own group and we have our own things that we work on. are you vegetarian or vegan? or interested in any other ways of helping animals? to be veg is one of the best things you can do to help animals -- adopting a veg diet saves the lives of an estimated 100 animals a year! i definitely consider that being a hero to all of them :)
